The Clearview Neighborhood is located in Plano, TX and surrounds Pearson Early Childhood School and Clearview Park. The boundaries for the Clearview Neighborhood are as follows:
- North: West Spring Creek Pkwy.
- South: Bowman Branch Creek (South of Cambridge Dr.)
- East: Premier Dr.
- West: Alma Dr.

The Plano Police Department has divided the City into Crime Watch Sectors. The Crime Prevention Officer and Coordinator for the Clearview Neighborhood (sector B) is Officer Tammy Snider.
